Attendee Registration Policies

Industry professionals who submit their direct and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industy may qualify for a complimentary industry pass. For more information regarding industry requirements, click here.
*Two forms of Industry ID must be provided.
Individuals under the age of 17 including infants will not be admitted to E3 2017. This policy is strictly enforced.
E3 Attendee badges will NOT be mailed prior to the show. All Attendees must pick up their badge on site at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Confirmed registrants will receive a confirmation email with a bar code when their registration is finalized. Registrants should print the confirmation and bring it with them to the Los Angeles Convention Center where their barcode will be scanned and they will receive their printed badge and badge holder. Confirmation bar codes can also be scanned from Attendee's mobile devices. All Attendees must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) when picking up their badge/badge holder.

International guests can pick up their badges at the International Registration counter located on-site in the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Translation services will be available.
All registrations are non-refundable.
All E3 registrations are non-transferable. Badge swapping or sharing is strictly prohibited. Anyone found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be immediately asked to leave the premises.
Attendees who require special services should contact Show Management at 508-834-6201 to identify their special needs. All requests should be received by May 15, 2017, in order to ensure the availability of services.
