Individuals who are not able to document their direct, and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry are not qualified to attend. If you are from the retail sector, you must be able to provide documentation that verifies that you are responsible for company purchasing.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Do not pay twice for this event. You will be charged for all registrations, and no refunds will be issued for duplicate registrations. All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable -- no exceptions will be made.
All E3 Attendees will be required to show a government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) in order to pick up their badge and badge holder on-site and gain access to the event. Do not use a fictitious name. The name on your ID and the name on your badge must be the same.
E3 Attendee badges will NOT be mailed prior to the show. All Attendees must pick up their badge on site at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Confirmed registrants will receive a confirmation email with a bar code when their registration is finalized. Registrants should print the confirmation and bring it with them to the Los Angeles Convention Center where their barcode will be scanned and they will receive their printed badge and badge holder. Confirmation bar codes can also be scanned from Attendee's mobile devices. All Attendees must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) when picking up their badge/badge holder.
Please note: E3 is a trade event. No one under 17 will be admitted (including infants). This policy is strictly enforced.
