Yes. All E3 Attendees will be required to show a government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) in order to pick up their badge holder on-site and gain access to the event. Do not use a fictitious name. The name on your ID and the name on your badge must be the same. E3 Show Management and/or E3 Security Officers may request attendees show ID at any time.
E3 Attendee expo passes will NOT be mailed prior to the show. All Attendees must pick up their badge on site at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Confirmed registrants will receive a confirmation email with a barcode when their registration is finalized. Registrants should print the confirmation and bring it to the Los Angeles Convention Center On-site Registration where your barcode will be scanned to receive your printed badge and badge holder. Confirmation barcode can also be scanned from mobile devices. All Attendees must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) to pick up your badge/badge holder.
Attendees may pick up their badge and badge holders at any on-site Badge Pick-Up Counter located outside both the South and West Hall Lobbies. Badge Pick-Up Counters at the Los Angeles Convention Center will open on Sunday, June 11th at 1:00pm.

No. All E3 registrations are non-transferable. Badge swapping or sharing is strictly prohibited. Anyone found using another person's badge will have the badge confiscated and will be asked to leave the premises.
No one under the age of 17 may purchase an expo pass to E3 and no one under the age of 17 (including infants) will be admitted. THIS POLICY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. All E3 Attendees are required to show government-issued photo ID (such as a driver's license or passport) upon request to verify age.

Lost passes will have to be repurchased, if expo pass registration is still open. All registration fees are non-refundable.
E3 is scheduled to take place June 13-15, 2017, at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
